PUBLICITY AT FAITH COVENANT CHURCH

We plan programs and events to help support our mission statement of “Connect, Grow, Serve”. Events can have a focus on any of these areas. Planning ahead will allow the church staff to help you make the best event possible.

The Publicity Form can be found below. If you have any questions, please contact Kristen or Ericka by email at office@4fcc.org or by phone at 248.661.9191.

SUBMIT DATE FOR APPROVAL Once you have a date for your event, please run it by Kristen or Ericka in the church office. They will check the church calendar and take it to staff meeting for review. 

COMPLETE PUBLICITY FORM
When the date is approved, please complete the digital form below.

SUBMIT THE PUBLICITY FORM 
Once you have completed the form, click the SUBMIT button and the form will be sent to the church office. Ideally the form should be submitted 4-6 weeks before the event takes place. This timetable is necessary to:

  • Make sure there are no date conflicts with other church events 
  • Make sure the facility is available for your event 
  • Get your event publicized. 
  • Get you prepped to use the facility 

GUIDELINES
1. Event coordinator is responsible for submitting final content by noon on the Tuesday prior to publication.
2. Please electronically submit verbiage for publications.
3. Information provided past deadline will not be guaranteed for publication.
4. Staff reserves the right to modify verbiage based on space & availability.
5. Graphics & images will be created by office team to be in compliance with copyrights & branding.

FINAL CONTENT
Ideally all content should be included in this form when you submit it, but we realize details change, etc.  If you do have any changes between the time of submission and the week the event gets announced, please contact Kristen or Ericka by Tuesday at 12:00pm of that week. The sooner we receive your details, the sooner we can make those changes for you. 

PUBLICITY NOTES
Our digital platforms have the ability to communicate multiple church announcements, however we try our best to limit stage announcements to no more than 3 per Sunday. Our communications team will use best judgement on timing. Turning in event packets early gives more options. A friendly reminder that publicity requests are not guaranteed.
